Hess Corporation is a leading independent energy company with offices across the country. Their location in Tioga, North Dakota was in need of an office complex for its operators and selected ICON to lead the design of the project. ICON designed the complex to be a large open office complex. It is a 56,000 s.f. site and includes office space, a cafeteria, and a warehouse facility. The project also included significant site and utilities work.
