AE2S is a specialized civil/environmental consulting engineering firm that provides professional services to the Upper Midwest and Rocky Mountain Region. Their 42,000 s.f. headquarters is located in Grand Forks. The headquarters building was the first building of the four that were planned for the 42nd Street Campus. Due to the increased value of sustainable design, ICON utilized regional recycled materials in the design for the project. This building was designed for LEED certification and to showcase ICON’s commitment to sustainable design while continuing to bring the Owner’s vision to life.
