Responsibilities include:

Assist in overseeing project and ensuring it runs smoothly by making sure the construction crew has the tools and equipment needed for the job and giving clear directions to workers
Facilitate project planning: prioritize tasks, set deadlines and manage deliverables
Coordinate with contractors on site
Work with Project Director to resolve problems as discovered
Report on project progress
Perform drafting and technical tasks as required throughout project duration
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes
Work under the direction of Project Director

Qualifications include:

2 years of experience in construction setting
Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects
The ability to adapt to frequent change and solve problems
Must be able to demonstrate initiative with success in driving results
Must have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills
Travel required, approximately 75%
